HookSaathi Creator Desk is a trading name used by Chirag Dahiya for made-to-order digital creator services. Privacy requests can be sent to official.chiragdahiya@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
Information we collect
An order may include your name, email, platform, niche, topic, selected deliverable, order reference, optional marketing preference, and support messages. Razorpay provides limited payment metadata such as payment and order identifiers, amount, currency, method, status, and event time; HookSaathi does not receive your UPI PIN, OTP, or full card details.
Hosting and security infrastructure may receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, referring page, and security events.
- Never send a UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, card PIN, email password, or full banking credentials.
- Do not put Aadhaar numbers, health records, passwords, or unnecessary personal information in a creative brief.
How information is used
We use information to create and identify an order, confirm scope, reconcile payment, produce and deliver the selected output, provide support or revisions, prevent abuse, maintain necessary business records, and handle complaints or refunds.
Marketing email is optional. Declining it does not affect transactional order, payment, delivery, refund, or support messages. You can withdraw marketing consent by emailing the address above with the subject “Unsubscribe”.
The ₹99 hook pack uses Cloudflare Workers AI and automated structural validation. A pack may be routed for manual review after repeated generation failures. We do not publish an identifiable customer brief, testimonial, or portfolio sample without separate permission.
Providers and advertising
Information may be processed only as reasonably needed by Cloudflare for hosting, security, database, queue, and AI processing; Razorpay for hosted payment; a transactional-email provider when activated; and advisers or authorities where applicable law requires it.
Commerce analytics writes are disabled by default so page-view traffic cannot consume the order database quota. If a separate analytics collector is activated later, it will not receive the raw niche or topic entered in an order.
The site may later use a clearly labelled advertising provider. If non-essential advertising technology is enabled, any notice or choice required for that technology will be added. We do not sell or rent customer information.
Retention and security
Unpaid briefs are intended to be removed within 90 days of last activity. Working files and delivery copies are normally retained for up to 180 days after delivery. Essential order, payment, refund, and complaint records may be retained longer where reasonably required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. Customers should download and safely keep their final files; this service is not permanent cloud storage.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information reasonably linked to your order, or withdraw optional marketing consent. Some payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be retained. Send the request from the order email and include the order reference so ownership can be checked.
The ordering service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and does not knowingly invite children to submit personal information.
